- 1. Send Your RequirementsTell us the product type, size, quantity, destination, application, deadline and customization needs.
- 2. Receive a Factory QuoteAEOR confirms specifications, included accessories, price, payment terms, estimated production and shipping options.
- 3. Confirm Design & OrderReview the quotation, proforma invoice and any drawing or artwork proof. Production follows your written approval.
- 4. Pay the Agreed DepositUse only the verified beneficiary information on the official invoice. Your order enters the factory schedule after payment confirmation.
- 5. Production & Quality CheckMaterials are prepared and the product is manufactured, inspected and tested as appropriate.
- 6. Balance & ShipmentAfter the agreed inspection evidence and balance arrangements are completed, goods are packed and released to the carrier.
- 7. Delivery & SupportInspect the shipment promptly. Contact your AEOR representative for setup, spare parts, maintenance or quality support.
