Depending on volume, budget and deadline, orders may ship by sea freight, air freight or express courier. EXW, FOB, CIF and door-to-door options may be arranged where available and must be confirmed in the quotation.

Payment terms are confirmed on the quotation or proforma invoice. Custom production normally begins after the agreed deposit is received, with the remaining balance due according to the order terms. Always pay only to the verified account shown on AEOR's official invoice.

We can provide setup guidance, manuals, videos or remote support depending on the product. Large water parks and complex installations should be discussed in advance so the required technical support can be included in the project plan.
