Payment Methods
Payment arrangements for samples, customized projects and wholesale commercial inflatable orders.
1. Quotation & Proforma Invoice
Prices, currency, product specifications, quantity, trade term, shipping charges and payment schedule are confirmed in AEOR's quotation or proforma invoice. Please review the company name, beneficiary details and order scope before sending payment.
2. Standard Payment Structure
Made-to-order production normally requires an agreed deposit before design finalization, material purchasing or manufacturing begins. The balance is paid according to the proforma invoice, commonly after production and inspection evidence are completed and before dispatch. Different terms may be negotiated for specific orders and are valid only when confirmed in writing.
3. Available Methods
- Bank transfer (T/T): commonly used for international B2B orders.
- PayPal or approved online platform: may be available for samples, smaller orders or when specifically agreed.
- Other methods: available only when listed on an official AEOR quotation or invoice.
Bank, platform, intermediary and currency conversion fees are normally paid by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
4. Payment Security
AEOR will not change beneficiary bank details only through an unexpected email or instant message. If payment instructions differ from a previous invoice, verify them through your known AEOR sales contact before paying. Do not send payment to an individual or unverified account.
5. Currency & Quote Validity
The quotation states the transaction currency and validity period. Prices may be revised after expiry if raw material, freight or exchange-rate conditions change. An order is scheduled only after the required payment is received and confirmed.
Send the product type, size, quantity and destination. AEOR will confirm the terms that apply to your quotation.
