Commercial Inflatable Maintenance Guide

Routine setup, cleaning, inspection and storage practices for rental and amusement operations.

Before Every Use

  • Inspect fabric, seams, entrance steps, netting, anchor points, zippers, air tubes and accessories.
  • Confirm the blower voltage, plug, cable and protective device are suitable and undamaged.
  • Remove sharp objects and keep the setup area clean, level and clear of overhead or underground hazards.
  • Do not operate a product with structural damage, unstable pressure or missing anchoring components.

Setup & Operation

  • Follow the supplied manual, warning labels, anchoring plan and local regulations.
  • Use every required anchor point and suitable ballast or ground stakes for the actual surface.
  • Provide trained adult supervision and control user count, height, age and behavior.
  • Stop operation in strong wind, lightning, heavy rain or other unsafe conditions. Use the lowest limit among the product instructions and local rules.
  • Keep blower inlets unobstructed and electrical equipment away from water unless specifically rated for the application.

Cleaning & Drying

Use mild soap, clean water and a soft cloth or brush. Avoid aggressive solvents, high-pressure washing at seams and unapproved chemicals. Rinse off cleaning residue and allow the inflatable to dry completely, including internal folds and water-contact areas, before packing.

Storage

Store the product clean and fully dry in its bag, off the floor, in a ventilated area away from heat, moisture, pests, sharp objects and direct sunlight. Do not place excessive weight on a rolled inflatable. Periodically inspect long-term stored products for moisture or pest damage.

Repairs & Records

Small punctures or local damage may be repairable with compatible materials and instructions. Structural seams, anchor points, climbing surfaces, platforms or major tears should be evaluated by qualified personnel before reuse. Keep a simple log of inspections, repairs and operating incidents for each unit.
