Flexible logistics for made-to-order commercial inflatables, from our Guangzhou factory to customers worldwide.
1. Production Before Dispatch
Most AEOR inflatables are made to order. The estimated production period is confirmed after product specifications, quantity, artwork and payment terms are agreed. Complex custom projects, bulk orders and peak-season schedules may require additional time.
Any delivery date discussed before final specifications are approved is an estimate. If your order is for a fixed event date, tell us at the inquiry stage so production and shipping options can be evaluated together.
2. Shipping Methods
Usually the most economical option for commercial inflatables and bulk orders. LCL or FCL arrangements may be offered.
Suitable for urgent orders when the shipment size and budget allow. Chargeable weight can make this option significantly more expensive.
Commonly used for samples, spare parts, repair materials, documents and smaller accessories.
3. Trade Terms
Available terms may include EXW, FOB, CIF or door-to-door delivery, depending on the destination and logistics route. The agreed Incoterm, departure point, destination and included charges will be stated in the quotation or proforma invoice.
Unless a duty-paid service is expressly included, the buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes, customs examinations, storage, destination charges and local delivery costs.
4. Freight Quotes & Transit Time
Freight prices and transit schedules can change due to carrier capacity, fuel costs, port conditions, customs procedures and seasonal demand. A shipping quote is valid only for the period shown on the quotation. Transit time begins after the carrier receives the shipment and is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.
5. Delivery Inspection
Check the number and exterior condition of packages before signing. If serious visible damage is present, record it on the delivery document and take clear photos or video. Notify AEOR promptly with the order number, packaging images and a description of any missing or damaged items.
Send the product type, size, quantity and destination. AEOR will confirm the terms that apply to your quotation.
